Palm Coast Florida lies about halfway between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach on the Atlantic coast of Florida. Palm Coast is one of the most desirable places to live in Florida. It was developed for Florida living and now offers some of the most reasonably priced home in Florida.

Palm Coast is attractive to many people because of lower prices and lower taxes than Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach to the south.

Gated communities are numerous in Palm Coast including the private Hammock Dunes community on Hammock Beach with its championship golf course directly on the beach to the north of Flagler Beach. Grand Haven is a planned and gated community on the intracoastal waterway with a Jack Nicklaus golf course and waterfront homes.
