It wasn't that long ago that Palm Coast was one of the most desirable places to live in the country.  We know that because people flocked here. Flagler County was the fastest growing county in Florida and one of the fastest growing in the country. But we all know what happened then.  Speculation and the real estate boom drove prices sky high.  That's right "price."  While location is important we all know that price can be a real drag on the market.  

But we are seeing things change. Prices have come back down to where Palm Coast and Flagler Beach properties are once again affordable and attractive.  So we have both Price and Location back in alignment and it's time to get serious about Palm Coast.

Palm Coast vacation homes have been very popular for many years with many people spending the winter months here. Many of the residents, including my Mother, are full-time residents who love it here year-round. The attraction of Flagler County over Volusia County and Daytona Beach has been price and taxes. Taxes are much less in Palm Coast and Flagler county than in Ormond Beach or Daytona Beach. So the three main reasons for buying in Palm Coast homes for sale:

1. Prices are lower than surrounding areas
2. Taxes are lower than just a few miles away in Volusia County
3. Beautiful homes and condos and a great lifestyle

There is a tremendous amount of property for sale in Palm Coast. There are many neighborhoods and areas including beautiful gated communities.
